God not only sees whether or not we obey His word, He sees the attitude of heart with which we obey. The angels that serve God in many respects are an example to us.
a) Angels always immediately carry out God' word, we similarly immediately should obey the word of God.
b) Angels don't do God's will with a murmuring and grudging spirit. We also are to obey God without a murmuring and grudging spirit.
c) Angels obey and serve God day and night. We also as believers in Christ are to be continually obeying and serving God.
d) Angels do what God says no matter what that might be. We also must obey God even if it doesn't suit us and fit in with what we want.
We of course are not angels, but sinners saved by God's grace through faith in Christ Jesus. However, by the grace of God we are to seek to obey God as the angels do, that is immediately, without murmuring, continually and no matter the cost.
